PORTFOLIO: RENOVATIONS: Shetland Island Residence

The Cutts projects is a renovation of a 400-year-old croft house on the island of Trondra in the remote Shetland Islands, north of Scotland. The complete renovation expands the footprint toward the waterfront to take better advantage of the southerly view and enlarges the second floor to create a generous master suite and guest room.
