PORTFOLIO: RETREATS: Hunter Bay Cabin

Set above a quiet bay in a wild coastal woodland, the finely crafted exposed wood structure supports an expansive roof, sheltering a pavilion that is dramatically connected to its site. The house is nestled within large outcroppings of a moss-covered ledge that create a transition from deck to woodland. Floor to ceiling windows fold away to open the living room to the bay.
